A11y Scorecard
How far along is your agency in managing accessibility across all its digital systems?
Your agency operates dozens of digital systems. Websites, web applications, payment portals, permitting systems, document libraries. Most have never been inventoried for accessibility, let alone tested. The A11y Scorecard measures your progress toward conformance across all of them. Not an accessibility score. A maturity metric that tracks whether the work is getting done.
What the Scorecard Tracks
For each digital asset your agency operates, the Scorecard answers a simple set of questions.
The overall Scorecard tells your agency: across all your digital assets, how much of this work has been done? Are you 20% through the process or 80%? Moving forward or stalled?
How It Works
The Scorecard is built through a repeating cycle.
Inventory
Identify every public-facing digital system your agency operates. Classify by function, user population, and ownership.
Baseline
Validate conformance status for the highest-priority systems. Document what's accessible, what's not, and who it affects.
Plan
Build remediation roadmaps based on impact. Publish accessibility statements. Engage vendors. Set timelines.
Reassess
Revalidate after remediation. Update the Scorecard. Add new systems. Repeat the cycle.
